1812 Coaching understands that success in sports requires more than just talent and skill—it demands strength, endurance, and resilience. 1812's Team Performance Lab is a Strength and Conditioning Program  specifically designed to help young female athletes enhance their athletic performance, reduce the risk of injury, and build confidence both on and off the field.

1812 Coaching, is dedicated to empowering young female athletes through expert training, personalized coaching, and a supportive environment. The Team Performance Lab program is designed to foster physical and mental growth, ensuring that each athlete reaches her full potential. 

Is there a cap on class size?

To ensure each athlete receives personalized attention and performs movements correctly, Team Performance Lab classes has a limited number of participants according to the number of coaches and training location.

To accommodate busy schedules, 1812 offers two time slots per week for each team sessions. Parents can choose the time that best fits their schedule. Additionally, every other week, the entire team trains together in a single session, fostering team unity and camaraderie while benefiting from group training dynamics.
